Rückgabe und Ersatz des gekauften Produkts
7.1. Der Kunde kann innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab dem Datum der Annahme der Lieferung vom Kauf der im Online-Shop gekauften Waren zurücktreten (ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Kaufvertrag zurücktreten).
Die zurückgegebene Ware muss vollständig und unverändert mit einem Kaufbeleg zurückgesendet werden.
7.2. Die zurückgegebenen Waren müssen mit einem Kaufbeleg an die Adresse des Geschäfts zurückgesandt werden.
7.3. Im Falle der Rücksendung eines Artikels einer kombinierten Bestellung ist das Geschäft verpflichtet, dem Kunden einen neuen Kaufbeleg zuzusenden unter Berücksichtigung die Rücksendung bzw eine Gutschrift .
7.4. Rücksendungen aus den Vereinigten Staaten und Kanada können an eine US-Adresse gesendet werden.
