Our size guide serve as a general guideline to sizing, and the measurements provided are to give you an approximate idea of what size you will be in COLORAT BRAND against your own measurements.

Return and replacement of purchased product

 

7.1. The Client  may, within 14 days of the date of delivery acceptance, resign from the purchase of goods purchased in the online store (withdraw from the purchase agreement without providing reasons).

The returned goods must be complete and unaltered with a proof of their purchase.

7.2. The returned goods must be returned to the shop’s address with a proof of their purchase .

7.3. In case of returning one item of a combined order The Store is obliged to send the Client a new proof of purchase taking into account the return or  a credit note.

7.4. Returns from the United States and Canada can be sent to a U.S. address.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack you order. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email and from your "My Account". If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by email  info@colorat.pl.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

We do not cover return postage fees, COLORAT is not responsible for any return item(s) lost in transit. We highly recommend using
